I purchased the bike the month of Oct 2023 and I did a test run on the bike. I notice an annoying noise when peddling the bike even in a normal pace. The noise sounds like loose join bolts or gear loosen inside the motor on a normal mode.
I feel sad about the purchase because I was so exited with the bike and at the same time feel sad about the issue inside the motor.
