It really helps to fight the cold in Tokyo. The lack of good insulation in the houses is very annoying. At least in bed time this one is helpful. I use as a bed sheet and not as blanket. Then I put another sheet on top. This way my skin is not in direct contact with the blanket and I dont need to wash often. It says its washable but I dont feel confident to wash everyweek. The mites killing feature is important.

長さがあるタイプを探していましたので出会えて良かったです
薄手なので軽くて良く眠れます
洗える点も衛生的で良いと思います！
